Clarence Kwan

Chairman – China Committee, US Council for International Business Board of Directors and Vice Chair - Committee of 100 Board of Trustees and Vice Chair - Museum of Chinese In America Board of Directors – Hong Kong Association of New York Mr. Kwan has 32 years of advisory and management experience in the U.S., China and Eastern Europe. Since 1989, he has been advising Chinese, U.S., and other global companies on cross-border investment, including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and Greenfield investment. From 1995 to 2002, Mr. Kwan was based in Beijing as the National Managing Partner and Deputy CEO of our China practice. Prior to Beijing, he spent three years in Prague, Czech Republic, advising extensively on the restructuring of state-owned enterprises. He has also worked in Houston, New York and Beijing since joining the firm in 1978.
