Scott Biddy

Scott Biddy is UC Berkeley’s Vice Chancellor of University Relations and President of the UC Berkeley Foundation. He came to Berkeley in 2002 from Georgetown University where he served as Associate Vice President for University Development. Biddy’s career in fundraising and alumni relations followed several years in banking and began at his alma mater, Rice University in Houston. Biddy served as Rice’s associate vice president development/alumni and as Interim Vice President of University Advancement.
