Mr. Grimaldi has had a long career marked by diverse domestic and international business assignments and bi-partisan federal, state and local government assignments. He has counseled start-up companies on venture capital issues, advised CEOs of major multi-national corporations and deans of universities in the United States and abroad on communications issues and has counseled foreign governments and leaders in Eastern Europe and the Middle East on business development issues. During his career, Mr. Grimaldi also served as an advisor to Democratic New York State Assembly Speaker Stanley Steingut, Republican Vice President Nelson Rockefeller and the Democratic Mayor of Los Angeles, Tom Bradley. He is a founding member of the Board of Directors of a successful technology company.
