John Riordan

John Riordan has served as a director of the Company since May 2003. Mr. Riordan is an ex-officio life trustee of the ICSC. From May 2001 through July 2003, Mr. Riordan was the Vice Chairman of the ICSC and, from January 1986 through May 2001, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the ICSC. He is a past Chairman of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Center for Real Estate, where he was employed from January 2001 to July 2003. He is a director of Ivanhoe Cambridge, a private company which owns, manages and develops shopping centers and which is one of the Company's joint venture partners.
