Darcy Zulpo

Darcy Zulpo is Head of Human Capital Management and Development. She leads global human resource activities including talent acquisition and leadership development across the Citadel platform. Ms. Zulpo joined Citadel in 2003 as Vice President of Information Technology, Recruiting and Human Resources. She served in this role until 2006 when she was named Director of Global Recruiting. In this position, Ms. Zulpo oversaw all key recruiting functions including Asset management, Capital Markets, Back Office and Information Technology. Before joining Citadel, she founded and operated her own human resources and recruiting consultancy. Ms. Zulpo holds a bachelor's degree from Loyola University.
