Kenneth Reiss has served as a director of the Company since February 2008. Prior to his retirement in June 2003, Mr. Reiss served with Ernst & Young beginning in 1965 and as a partner since 1977. Mr. Reiss held various leadership positions with Ernst & Young but spent the majority of his time as Coordinating Partner on significant global clients. Mr. Reiss serves on the board of directors of Eddie Bauer Holdings, Inc., a retailer of outerwear and footwear, and The Wet Seal, Inc., a national specialty retailer. His current term as a director expires at the 2010 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
