Jeffrey M. Lamberti President and Managing Shareholder with the Ankeny, Iowa law firm of Handley, Block, Lamberti & Gocke, P.C. Mr. Lamberti served as an Iowa State Senator from 1999 to 2006 and as President of the Iowa Senate from 2004 to 2006. He is the son of Donald F. Lamberti, a founder of the Company. Mr. Lamberti has been a director of the Company since March 5, 2008.
