Marc is a past President of Texas Trial Lawyers Association and continues to serve on the association’s board of directors. He is also a former member of the board of directors of the American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA). Mr. Stanley is a prominent speaker on class action issues, and was named to the 2010 list of “100 Most Influential Texans on All Sides of the Political Spectrum” by Campaigns & Elections Magazine. In addition, Marc has been named a Texas Super Lawyer© since 2003 (the first year the list was published). He was a Council Member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in Washington, D.C. and a Member of the Board of Visitors at the United States Air Force Air University at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. He served for four years as Chairman of the Texas Public Finance Authority.
