MARSHALL B. WISHNACK retired as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Wheat First Union, now Wachovia Securities, the securities brokerage division of Wachovia Corporation, in December 1999. He is a director of S&K Famous Brands, Inc. Mr. Wishnack is Chairman of the Executive Compensation Committee and a member of the Executive and Finance Committees. He has been a director since 1991.
