Jonathan Wood

Jonathan Wood joined Whitebox in July 2000 and serves as the firm’s Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wood is responsible for the management and oversight of all operational matters, financial reporting and control, treasury functions and investor relations. Mr. Wood also has material responsibilities relating to the oversight and implementation of risk management and control procedures. Prior to joining Whitebox, he was employed by EBF & Associates for over 9 years and was responsible for monitoring daily liquidity and leverage as well as trading foreign‐currency related to exposure. Mr. Wood holds a BBA in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of North Dakota earned in 1989.
