Diane Carol Harris

Diane C. Harris has served as a director since 1993 and serves as a member of the Finance Committee. She is President of Hypotenuse Enterprises, Inc., a mergers and acquisitions service and corporate development outsourcing company. Ms. Harris was Vice President of Corporate Development of Bausch & Lomb Incorporated, an optics and health care products company, from 1981 to 1996, when she left to form Hypotenuse Enterprises, Inc. as its President. She was a director of the Association for Corporate Growth from 1993 to 1998 and its elected President from 1997 to 1998. Ms. Harris is also a director of the Monroe Fund, an investment company.
