Prior to that, Mr. McBride was President, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Value Health, Inc. and President and Chief Executive Officer of CIGNA Healthplans, Inc. Mr. McBride also serves on the Board of Directors of Magellan Health Services, Inc. and a number of privately held companies. On May 10, 2006, Mr. McBride was re-elected as a Director of the Company for a three-year term that expires in 2009.
