Robert E. La Blanc has been a director since 2002. He has been Founder and President of Robert E. La Blanc Associates, Inc., an information technologies consulting and investment banking firm, since 1981. Mr. La Blanc was previously Vice Chairman of Continental Telecom Corporation and, before that, a general partner of Salomon Brothers, Inc. He is also Chairman and a director of Fibernet Telecom Group, Inc. and a director of a family of Prudential Mutual Funds.
