Head of Citi’s Global Transaction Services business in North America. Within this role, she is responsible for leading a team of over 6,000 employees to meet the complex transaction banking needs of more than 8,000 corporate, financial institutions and public sector clients. Julie is on the board of Prep for Prep, a program that develops leaders through access to superior education and life-changing opportunities. She is a member of the International Council of The Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. Julie is the senior sponsor of Citi’s North America Veteran Service Initiative, a U.S.-based program designed to support military veterans as they transition into private sector employment. She is the Executive Sponsor for Citi GTS North America’s Diversity Program. Julie has over 26 years of experience in banking. Prior to joining Citi in 2007, Julie spent six years at JPMorgan Chase in leadership roles across its cash management, trade finance, wholesale cards and GTS-related foreign exchange businesses. Julie also held senior positions at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust in their cash management and trade finance businesses. She holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University.
