Arthur H Seter

Arthur H. Seter - Senior Managing Director, New York Life Investment Management Mr. Seter is the head of the Financial Management Group with responsibility for a diverse mix of functions in investment program management and analytics, securities operations, accounting, reporting and administration. He joined New York Life Insurance Company in 1989 and, prior to his current position, served in various capacities in the Real Estate Group.Prior to joining New York Life, he worked at E.F. Hutton and L.F. Rothschild, first as a financial analyst and later as an investment banker specializing in mortgage finance. Mr. Seter is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts.Education Mr. Seter graduated from Sussex University in England with a BSc in Operations Research (1979) and earned an MBA from Adelphi University (1981).
