Rice co-founded Federal Capital Partners in 1999. Prior to that, he was a principal at The Carlyle Group, and held leadership roles at Alex. rown, Haas & Haynie Corporation and Chemical Bank. He is a member of the National Multi-Housing Council board and the Urban Land Institute.
