Mr. Levine has been involved with developing content for media for many years. His company, James Levine Communications, is an editorial development and literary agency that develops books, software, audio, video, and other creative projects. He is a writer himself authoring six books and submitting articles for journals such as Good Housekeeping, McCall's, Ms., Parents, and Psychology Today. He has also started a series of non-profit groups from Massachusetts' first comprehensive child care system in the state's second largest public housing project to the Fatherhood Project in 1981. Mr. Levine is a Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude recipient from Amherst College and has received his doctorate from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
