Joel Greenblatt is the Managing Partner of Gotham Capital, an investment partnership he founded in April 1985. Since 1996, he has been a member of the adjunct faculty of Columbia Business School where he teaches "Security Analysis." Mr. Greenblatt serves on the Investment Committees of the Board of Directors for the University of Pennsylvania and UJA Federation. He also sits on the board of the Institute for Student Achievement and the Davidson School of the Jewish Theological Seminary. Mr. Greenblatt is the author of You Can Be A Stock Market Genius (Simon & Schuster, 1997). He is the former Chairman of the Board (1994-1995) and a former board member of Alliant Techsystems (1994-2000), a NYSE-listed aerospace and defense contractor. Mr. Greenblatt attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, earning his BS in 1979 and his MBA in 1980.
