Douglas Schloss

President and Chief Executive Officer of Rexford Management Inc., since January 1994. Mr. Schloss served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Marcus Schloss & Co. Inc., since March 1993. He managed the equity trading desk and arbitrage investment portfolio of Marcus Schloss & Co. He was also responsible for designing an options analytics software package. He spent three years as a Petroleum Engineer of Hamilton Brothers Oil Company. He serves as the President of the Board of Trustees of St. Paul's School in Concord, New Hampshire. Mr. Schloss serves as the Chairman of the Board of St. Christopher-Ottilie a 105 million dollar New York City based social services charity. Mr. Schloss served as the Chairman of the Board of Family Dynamics for 6 years. He has been a Director of Entrust Inc., since July 2001. He serves as a Director of SCO Family of Services. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 1985. Mr. Schloss is a graduate of Princeton University with a degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
