Jeffrey E. Levine is a respected, accomplished builder with an impressive list of credits to his name. Since 1979, in his capacity as Chairman of Levine Builders, Mr. Levine has directed the new construction or rehabilitation of thousands of residential units, and built or renovated millions of square feet of commercial space. His significant track record, coupled with his experience as a senior level executive, gives Mr. Levine’s projects the benefit of his expertise in all areas from acquisition to financing, construction, marketing and management. Mr. Levine was trained and graduated from the City University of New York City College School of Architecture. After having taken the required courses in real estate at New York University, he acquired a New York State Real Estate Brokers License in 1977. Mr. Levine’s endeavors have resulted in numerous recognitions including Phipps Houses Community Builder Award in 2003, The New York Housing Conference Developer of the Year Award in 2000, Ernst & Young 1997 Entrepreneur of the Year, the National Association of Home Builders Pillars of the Industry 1997 Builder of the Year and the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York Developer of the Year in 1997.
