Dennis H Friedrich

Dennis Friedrich, 44, is responsible for the strategic direction of the U.S. office portfolio for Brookfield Properties and heads up commercial activities, including the asset management, leasing, and day‐to‐day operations of the company’s 43 million square feet of premier office properties in New York, Boston, Washington, D.C., Houston, Los Angeles, Denver and Minneapolis. In addition, Dennis is responsible for the growth initiatives of the U.S. business including acquisition and development activities. Dennis was named president of Brookfield’s U.S. Commercial Operations in 2003, following two years as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He was promoted to president and chief executive officer of U.S. Commercial Operations in 2009.
