Prior to joining GNYHA, Mr. Rich was the Senior Federal Legislative Assistant for Health and Welfare for Governor Mario M. Prior to that, he was a Senior Legislative Assistant to US Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, handling health, welfare, and education issues. Mr. Rich earned a BA from Columbia University.
