Thomas F McWilliams

Mr. McWilliams has been a member of the Investment Team since 1983. Prior to that, Mr. McWilliams was Vice President and then President of Shelter Resources Corporation, a publicly listed holding company with interests in manufactured housing and consumer products markets. Earlier, he spent 10 years at Citibank, initially as a lending officer and then as the officer in charge of Citi’s leveraged tax leasing business. Mr. McWilliams received his A.B. from Brown University and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. McWilliams is currently a director of MSX International, Strategic Industries and Winthrop Realty Trust. He previously served on the boards of numerous companies including Arizant, Chase Industries, Euramax, Hydro Chem Industrial Services, IWCO Direct, Merchant Metals Holding Company, Polar Corporation, Remy International and WCI Communities. In addition, Mr. McWilliams serves on the board of the Manhattan Institute and the Watch Hill Conservancy.
