Keith A Brown

KEITH A. BROWN has been President of Chimera Corporation, a private management holding company, since 1987. He also is a director of Myers Industries, Inc. and a Trustee of Nova Southeastern University and the Burton D. Morgan Foundation. Mr. Brown has been a director since May 1993. He is a member of the Board's Audit and Corporate Affairs Committees.
