Wilhelmina M. Reuben-Cooke Reuben-Cooke is a Professor of Law at the David A. Clarke School of Law at the University of the District of Columbia where previously she served as the Provost and Vice President of Academic Affairs. She is an Emerita Member of the Board of Trustees of Duke University, having served as a member of the Executive Committee and Chair of the Academic Affairs and Honorary Degree committees.
