William P Foley II

Although he grew up primarily in Texas, Bill spent his elementary school years living in Ottawa, Canada. There he developed a love for hockey. His passion for the sport continued to grow over the years and eventually led him to his vision to bring the first-ever NHL hockey team in Las Vegas. Bill's success is not only found in his work with the community, but also in his many business ventures. Today, Bill serves in a variety of capacities for a wide array of business interests. Some of his major accomplishments include: The Chairman of the Board for Fidelity National Financial and Black Knight Financial Services, and Vice Chairman of the board for FIS A world-class vintner and the founder and managing partner of Foley Family Wines and the Foley Food & Wine Society. The most recent Chairman of Glacier Restaurant Group, LLC, the largest restaurant business headquartered in Montana. Developer of the Rock Creek Cattle Company, a 40,000-acre working Montana ranch, featuring a high-end golf community with diverse homesteads, a well-appointed lodge for recreation and dining, and an exceptional golf course designed by Tom Doak. Foley is also the president of Glacier Jet Center, an exclusive concierge and service terminal for private and chartered planes, located in the Glacier Park International Airport. Foley is a longtime Republican donor and bundler who supported the presidential campaigns of George W. Bush and John McCain. He’s also been a leading promoter of Zinke’s political career. Federal Election Commission records show that employees, executives and political action committees associated with Foley’s financial service companies donated a total of nearly $200,000 to Zinke’s two congressional campaigns in 2014 and 2016. Ryan Zinke considers Foley a friend and has called him a “very, very bright guy.”
