She was CEO of Polymer Group Inc. from 2007 until her retirement in 2013. Previously she was president and CEO of Sappi Fine Paper North America and held executive positions with Alcoa Inc. She is lead director of Southern Co. and serves on the boards of Newmont Mining Corp. and American Water Works.
