John T Hendrickson

After about 14 months as top executive of the store brand pharmaceuticals maker, John T. Hendrickson is set to retire from Allegan County's largest employer. The move was announced Monday, June 4, by Perrigo, and will make Hendrickson the second top executive to leave the company in 2017. Hendrickson has been a company executive for more than 27 years. He was named Perrigo's top executive in April of 2016. No reason was offered for the resignation although many are aware that Hendrickson suffered a tragedy in his family in late 2016. His 21-year-old son Charles, a student at Western Michigan University, died unexpectedly in November of 2016.
