Darrin Andersen

President and chief operating officer since May 2004. Mr. Andersen joined the company in February 1998 and served as chief financial officer from December 1999 until April 2004. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Andersen worked in the accounting department of Newell Rubbermaid, a manufacturing company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and in the audit group of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Andersen is a past president of the Community Financial Services Association of America. Mr. Andersen is the son of Mary Lou Early. Mr. Andersen holds a degree in accounting from the University of Kansas, and is a certified public accountant.
