John B Drenning

Mr. Drenning, one of the Western New York area's most well-respected corporate lawyers, is a partner in the firm and a member of its Corporate & Securities Practice Group. He has a distinguished legal career, including as general corporate and securities counsel to several publicly traded companies. Following law school, Mr. Drenning served as confidential law assistant to the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division. He was a partner at the law firm of Moot & Sprague from 1966-90. He was also a partner at Phillips, Lytle, Hitchcock, Blaine & Huber from 1990-2001. Mr. Drenning serves on the boards of directors of Western New York Technology Development Center Inc., the Buffalo State College Foundation, and the executive committee of the Cornell Law Association.
