Mark R Bernstein

Mark R. Bernstein has served as a director since 1980. He is Of Counsel with the law firm of Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein L.L.P. Prior to his January 2002 retirement, he was a partner in the law firm for more than the preceding five years. Mr. Bernstein was elected as the Lead Director of the Board of Directors in August 2004. He is the Chairman of the Nominating/Corporate Governance Committee.
