L Frederick Francis

L. Frederick Francis has served as one of our directors since February 2006. He is Chairman of Bank of the West, an El Paso-based bank. In addition, Mr. Francis is Chairman of Providence Memorial Hospital and Sierra Medical Center, as well as Chairman of Francis Properties. He also serves on the Board of Regents of the Texas Tech University System, where he is past Chairman, and serves on the boards of many other civic and charitable organizations.
