John B. Zachry has been the Chief Executive Officer of Zachry Construction Corp. since August 2004. Prior to August 2004 he served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Zachry Construction Corp. for the remainder of the relevant five year period. He has served as a director of Clear Channel since his appointment in December 2005.
