Dale F Frey

Dale F. Frey was elected as Community Health Systems lead director in February 2004. Mr. Frey currently is retired. From 1984 until 1997, Mr. Frey was the Chairman of the Board and president of General Electric Investment Corp. From 1980 until 1997, he was also vice president of General Electric Company. Mr. Frey also is a director of The Yankee Candle Company, Inc., McLeodUSA Incorporated, Aftermarket Technology Corp., Ambassador Group, Inc., Vantis Money Management (advisory board), and Invamed Catalyst Fund (advisory board).
