Paul N Harris

Paul N. Harris is executive vice president, secretary and general counsel of KeyCorp. His responsibilities include managing Key's Law Group, in which capacity he oversees the legal affairs of the corporation, its affiliates and major lines of business and support groups, and Government Relations. In addition to serving as secretary of the corporation, Paul serves as a director of KeyBank N.A. and a member of KeyCorp's Management Committee and Executive Council.
