Randall W Larrimore

RANDALL W. LARRIMORE served as the Chairman of Olin from April 2003 through June 2005. From 1997 until his retirement in December 2002, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of United Stationers Inc. (a wholesale distributor of office products). From 1988 until 1997, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MasterBrand Industries, Inc., a subsidiary of Fortune Brands, Inc. (a consumer products company). He holds a bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the board of directors of Campbell Soup Company (a manufacturer and marketer of soup and other food products). Olin director since 1998; Chair of the Directors and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and the Executive Committee.
