Hope Eighmy Pascucci ’90 has served as a Trustee of Amherst College since 2005. She is president of the Boston-based hedge fund Rose Grove Capital Management, LLC. Pascucci graduated from Amherst with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Throughout the 1990s, she worked for Merrill Lynch in both New York and London. She joined Deutsche Bank in 2000 and ran their global capital markets business from London. In 2007 she moved back to the U.S. to take on her role at Rose Grove. She was the highest-ranked woman on the Financial News list of the 100 most influential people in finance for 2006. The Hedge Fund Journal named Pascucci on of The 50 Leading Women In Hedge Funds for 2015. Pascucci is a member of the Investment Committee at the Noble & Greenough School and has has been a mentor, senior member and speaker in Women in European Business; a Family Network Champion; a sponsor of Take Your Child to Work Day, and an active fundraiser for her children’s schools.
