Phyllis J Washington

Phyllis Peterson Washington is also a native Montanan and has for years done business in the fields of interior decorating and fine antiques. Her retail store, Phyllis Washington Antiques, is located in Palm Desert, California. Phyllis graduated from the University of Montana with a degree in Education, and in 2009, received an honorary Doctorate of Education from the University of Montana. With a strong belief in the value of education to better people’s lives, she has been an avid supporter of the University. Phyllis has chaired a major capital campaign and organized fund-raising events on behalf of the University. Phyllis also serves as chairperson of the Dennis & Phyllis Washington Foundation.
