Caroline Amplatz

Caroline Amplatz, J.D., daughter of Kurt Amplatz, M.D., is a passionate advocate for children. She is a University Pediatrics Foundation board member and a longtime supporter of WineFest, an annual event to benefit children’s health research and care at the University of Minnesota. A vocal proponent of various pediatric endeavors, she generously gives to the University’s global health program and to the autism initiative. She also will be creating the Amplatz Research Fund in Cardiology and Radiology in honor of her father. A supporter of the performing arts and a dancer and artist herself, Caroline Amplatz is fluent in Spanish, French and German. She is president of Caroline's Kids Foundation that support a wide range of children’s health issues.
