Zane is the CEO emeritus and vice chair of the board of trustees of Tufts Medical Center and the Floating Hospital for Children. She was the first woman to run the hospital in its 217-year history. Earlier she was chair of the Massachusetts Hospital Association and CEO at Quincy Hospital.
