Michael A Varet

Michael A. Varet has broad experience in tax and business matters, with particular emphasis on the representation of individual clients and their closely held businesses. He also practices extensively in the area of estate planning and trust administration. Mr. Varet is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association (of which he was Chairman of the Committee on Tax-Exempt Organizations of the Tax Section), the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (of which he was a member of the Executive Committee), the International Tax Planning Association and the International Fiscal Association.
