Dvid Nemecek joined Kirkland more than a decade ago after stops at Cravath and Skadden. He represents private equity sponsors, hedge funds, public companies and capital sources in complex financing transactions, including liability management exercises, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, restructurings and other special situation transactions. He has significant experience with a variety of transaction structures, including senior secured financings, debtor-in-possession and exit financings, split collateral structures, first- and second-lien financings, asset-based loans, senior unsecured financings, subordinated financings and unitranche financings.
