Faye Johnson

Faye Johnson serves as a member of the Hawthorne City Council. Prior to her election, she completed a 20-year career in the United States Air Force, retiring at the rank of Chief Master Sergeant, and later worked at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office in Washington, D.C. Johnson also served as Chair of Hawthorne’s Veterans Affairs Commission before joining the City Council. Her public service experience includes military administration, veterans advocacy, and local government engagement. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and has emphasized public safety, economic development, and civic participation as part of her municipal role.
