W. Douglas Brown has been named vice president, general counsel and secretary. He will be responsible for the Law Group, Corporate Secretary function, and federal, state, community affairs and corporate philanthropy activities. In addition to his current membership on the company's Management Committee, Mr. Brown will become a member of the Corporate Executive Committee. He will replace James H. Agger, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, who is retiring.
