Bancroft, ON doctor who claimed that COVID doesn't make people sick and was a Chinese strategy. In October 2023, after his license had been suspended in 2021, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario found him "incompetent" and guilty of "professional misconduct by: - engaging in disgraceful, dishonourable or unprofessional conduct and failing to meet the standard of practice of the profession in relation to his statements about vaccinations, treatments and public health measures for COVID-19 in social media postings, on his website and in interviews; - failing to meet the standard of practice of the profession in his care of patients to whom he issued medical exemptions from COVID-19 vaccines; and - failing to respond appropriately or within a reasonable time to a written inquiry from the College. His licence was revoked in January, 2024. He has claimed that COVID doesn't make people sick, it is a Chinese plot and he provided unwarranted vaccine exemptions to people. He was found to have spread misinformation about COVID-19. Says there are some cases of transgender that are "rare and legitimate" and then goes on to describe intersex people. "I have gay friends and family" but the LGB movement has been "hijacked" by pedophiles. "You cannot replace a girl's breasts so she can feed a baby and you cannot replace a boy's genitalia so he can father a child and have the hormones that give him strength so it's better to not go there." In relation to SOGI and supporting trans kids in school, he says: "going along with this, we all lose everything. Against this, we'll keep some things and rebuild a sane world."
