Shannon L Greene

From September 1997 to May 2000, Ms. Greene served as our controller and assistant controller. Ms. Greene, a certified public accountant, is a member of our 401(k) Plan Committee. Her professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Fort Worth Association of Financial Professionals, and Financial Executives International. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the U.S. Chamber's Corporate Leadership Advisory Council.
