Tom Cooper

Tom currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Lead Independent Director of Assembly Health. Tom is currently the Chairman of Hanger Inc., as well a Board Member at Kindred Healthcare, a provider of hospital, home health, rehabilitation, and hospice services. Prior to his role at Hanger, Tom founded Spectrum Emergency Care, a national emergency physician company. Tom draws from a deep background comprising of multi-location operations, hospital operations, mental health services operations, and medical product distribution. Tom holds an M.D. from Indiana University and a B.A. from DePauw University.
