Prior to founding Hathaway Strategies, Hathaway gained experience by working for a number of political operations ranging from the 1988 Bush/Quayle presidential campaign to the Republican National Committee. Hathaway was an at-large delegate to the 2016 Republican National Convention from Indiana. She as been named the head organizer for the 2024 Republican National Convention in Milwaukee.
