CARLOS A. SALADRIGAS is Vice Chairman of Premier American Bank in Miami, Florida. In 2002, he retired as Chief Executive Officer of ADP TotalSource (previously the Vincam Group, Inc.), a Miami-based human resources outsourcing company that provides services to small and mid-sized businesses. He has served as a director of the Company since 2001 and also serves as a director of Advance Auto Parts, Inc. Mr. Saladrigas is a member of the Board's Audit and Corporate Performance Committee and the Finance Committee.
