Amy Humphreys

Humphreys has 25 years of experience in manufacturing, commodities, global marketing, and distribution. She held executive leadership positions with large privately held companies across multiple industries, such as seafood, dairy, and petroleum. She is an economic advisory council member of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. She has served on multiple boards, including directorships with Red Lion Hotels Corporation and Philly Shipyard ASA, a public company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. She is a licensed CPA in the state of Washington. Humphreys earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Puget Sound and an MBA from the University of Washington School of Business.
